R11 is a Chicago software company with one job: give residential solar contractors a true picture of their own work. Thousands of local crews build the grid, and almost every one runs on a stack that cannot answer where a job actually is, because the answer is split across a spreadsheet, an inbox, a group text, and a folder nobody can find twice.
So we built the operating system for that work: every installation on one record, from the signed contract through utility approval, with the office’s daily work and each financier’s reported funding attached to it. We would rather earn a smaller group of contractors who trust us than advertise our way to a bigger one.
