Field

SalesRabbit and R11

SalesRabbit is field sales software for door-to-door teams. Reps work territories, log knocks and leads, and record who sold what, which makes it the first place a new job exists and the record of which rep owns it.

Where it stops

The sale happens in the field and the delivery work starts in the office, and between those two is usually a handoff: a form, a spreadsheet row, a message to the coordinator. That gap is where jobs sit for a day or two before anyone starts on them, and it is where the question of who actually sold a job starts to have two different answers, because the field system and the CRM each hold their own version of the rep.

What R11 does with it

  • A new lead and a rep reassignment reach R11 in real time, so the office is not waiting on a handoff step to start the work.
  • Setter and closer are carried on the job itself, so credit for a sale is attached to the work rather than reconstructed at the end of the month.
  • When the field system and the CRM disagree about which rep owns a job, R11 flags the disagreement instead of quietly picking a winner.

Read-only

R11 reads it and writes nothing back, so connecting costs nothing and risks nothing. The delivery work moves onto R11 from there, and the system it came from is left exactly as your team last set it.

Questions

Does R11 change how our reps work?
Nothing changes in the field. Reps keep working in SalesRabbit exactly as they do now, with nothing new to fill in and no second app on a doorstep. Any system that needs a rep to do extra admin to work has already failed.
Can R11 modify our SalesRabbit data?
The connection reads only, so leads, territories and assignments stay as your sales team set them. Field sales is a job SalesRabbit does well. R11 is after the one that starts the moment a deal is sold.
How does R11 handle sales credit when systems disagree?
It treats the field system and the CRM as two witnesses to the same fact rather than assuming one is right. When they agree, the answer is simply the answer. When they disagree, R11 surfaces the disagreement for a person to resolve, because silently choosing one source is how commission disputes are made.
