R11 ("we") operates the Early Pay program. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account details you provide; invoice and business data you submit or connect (e.g. QuickBooks); bank-transaction data you connect (read-only, via our aggregator); and usage data.

How we use it

To operate Early Pay — to review invoices, fund advances, detect and reconcile payments, assess creditworthiness, and meet legal/compliance obligations.

Sharing

With service providers that power the program (e.g. payment, accounting, and bank-data partners) under contract, and as required by law. We do not sell your data.

Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards. Connections are read-only and we never see your third-party login credentials.

Your choices

You can disconnect integrations at any time and request access to or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
